Post-Partum Pilates Program will assist the women after giving birth. We gently rebuild the body's strength.

One easy way to stay active during pregnancy is with Pilates that strengthens the most important muscles you'll use during pregnancy and labor. It's also the best choice for the days when you want to exercise but don't feel like pushing yourself too hard.

POST-PARTUM PILATES PROGRAM

After giving birth mothers need to be in shape in order to enjoy the moments with their babies. Whether you give a natural birth or you had a C-section your private Pilates instructor helps you through 60 minutes of exercise to increase your energy level, tone and sculpt arms, thighs, rear and abdominals. Improve spinal and core stability and burn calories. You will use the mat and Pilates equipment, like Reformer.

PILATES WITH YOUR BABY

If you don't want to leave your baby when exercising join the group with your baby. The group program will tone your muscles, boost core strength and improve your posture while having fun with your baby. You will get your groove on and your baby will enhance motor development, build strong bones, get tired and sleep longer. You will use floor mat and different Pilates props for 60 minutes.
