Pilates is great at building core strength. You will have a more comfortable pregnancy and delivery if your abdominal, back, and pelvic floor muscles are toned. 

Pilates can help women stay connected to their changing body, improve posture and reduce pregnancy pains. It will also give you the balance you’ll need as the pregnancy progresses. 

Pilates is also helpful for new moms to get their figures back after baby is born. 

The mother will be guided by Pilates Instructor aiming to close the abdominal, realign the spine and rehabilitate the pelvic floor.
